Charissa joined Heartwood Montessori in 2024 and has supported children's education in a variety of roles over the past 30 years. She earned her bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University and is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive environment for students, families, and staff.



Outside of Heartwood, Charissa is happily married for over 30 years, the proud mother of two adult children and is thoroughly enjoying her "granny era."
