Bailey Padilla

Bailey grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona, and later moved to Southern California, where her journey in early childhood education began. What started as a curiosity of childhood education, quickly grew into an appreciation for the Montessori method. With over eight years of experience working with both toddler and primary age groups, Bailey continues to expand her knowledge into the elementary level and beyond.



Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Positive Psychology, she is dedicated to supporting each child’s development with empathy, respect, and a focus on emotional well-being.

In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time camping, hiking, and exploring outdoors. She also loves attending live concerts and discovering new coffee shops.
